Cancellation Policy
- Classes must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed. - You may reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class are considered a no-show. - Missed classes or no-shows are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. - If you arrive late, the class will still end at the scheduled time. - Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show. - Please check your time zone carefully before booking. - Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection. - Trial classes follow the same rules as regular classes. - By booking a class, you agree to these rules.
