Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY: 📅 Scheduling: Each lesson must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper organization and preparation of sessions. ❌ Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 🌏 Lesson time and time zone: Lesson times follow the time zone defined in the booking. The student is responsible for correctly checking the time difference when scheduling sessions. 🌐 Connection and technical requirements: The student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, as well as proper functioning of audio, video, and the device used during the lesson. Technical issues on the student’s side that disrupt or interrupt the session do not qualify for rescheduling, compensation, or extra time. ‼️ Agreement: By booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.
