Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: 📅 Scheduling: Each lesson must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper organization and preparation of sessions. The booking will only be confirmed after payment has been completed. 🕜 Weekly frequency: Students must maintain the weekly frequency included in their chosen plan, respecting the agreed days and times whenever possible. ⏳ Plan validity: Lessons must be scheduled within the validity period of the plan (contracted renewal cycle). Lessons not scheduled within this period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered or transferred. ❌ Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance. ⛔ Late cancellation or no-show: Any cancellation made with less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend will be considered a completed lesson and charged in full. ⏰ Punctuality: There is a grace period of up to 15 minutes of lateness. After this period, the lesson may be ended early and will still be considered a completed lesson. 🌏 Lesson time and time zone: Lesson times follow the time zone defined in the booking. The student is responsible for correctly checking the time difference when scheduling sessions. 🌐 Connection and technical requirements: The student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, as well as proper functioning of audio, video, and the device used during the lesson. Technical issues on the student’s side that disrupt or interrupt the session do not qualify for rescheduling, compensation, or extra time.
