Refund Policies (Digital products, plans & services)

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered on this website, including digital products, lesson plans, and online services.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

1. Digital Products (eBooks and Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all eBooks and downloadable materials are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not available.

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • There is a technical issue preventing access

  • There is a duplicate or incorrect charge

  • The product is significantly different from its description
     

2. Lesson Plans, Packages, and Services

Services include (but are not limited to):

  • Online lessons

  • Lesson plans and/or packages

  • Educational services
     

a) Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 12 hours notice.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may be considered completed and are non-refundable.
 

b) Refunds for Services

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed sessions

  • Partially used lesson packages

  • Missed sessions without proper notice

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered

  • There was a technical failure on our side that prevented the session
     

3. Subscription Plans

For recurring plans or memberships:

  • Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle

  • Once a new billing cycle starts, charges are non-refundable

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period
     

4. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, customers may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of purchase.

However:

  • This right does not apply once digital content has been accessed

  • This right does not apply to services already provided
